Homemade Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream or whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1. Chill the mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer.
2. In the chilled bowl beat the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
